The new Trek Fit outdoor fitness park at Atria is now up and running for amazing total body workouts. Located at Sheppard Ave and Atria Blvd in Henry Farm, North York on the east side of Tridel’s Parkside condo at 60 Ann O’Reilly Rd in the Consumers Road business park.
Unlike the Brian Village Fitness Route, which has 5 stations spread out around the Pleasant View neighbourhood, the fitness park at Atria has all the equipment in one location.
Another nice feature of the outdoor fitness park at Atria is the rubberized flooring. It’s much cleaner to use and makes for safer footing and adds to the overall appeal of the site compared to the woodchips used in the Brian Village Fitness Route.
Outdoor Fitness Park at Atria Equipment
The equipment found at the Atria Calisthenics fitness park includes:
- two pull-up bars of low and medium height
- three push-up bars of varying heights
- a full-sized parallel dip bar
- three squat tables of varying heights
- water fountain
Unfortunately for taller people, one thing missing at this fitness park is that it doesn’t have a high pull-up so it’s hard to do pull-ups with proper form using a full extension.
Overall, it’s a very nice outdoor fitness park and is family-friendly with a kid’s play area beside it.
