The City of Toronto announced new changes to the measures designed to control the spread of COVID-19 which appears devastating to small businesses.

Some notable changes to the new Covid-19 rules, which take effect for 28 days starting on Saturday November 14th, include:

John Tory recommended not to attend Remembrance Day ceremonies in person, opting for a virtual service to observe the traditional 11:11 am commemoration.

With a vaccine still months away, people who have recovered may offer clues for the best protection against COVID-19.
