There were 10,036 homes listed in November 2021, down by 13.2 percent year-over-year.
Average Selling Price Are Up
The average selling price in November 2021 was $1,163,323 up by 21.7 percent year-over-year. On a seasonally adjusted basis, the average selling price was up by 2.5 percent over October 2021.
