Providing the best local neighbourhood handyman and renovation services is one of the most important things a luxury real estate agent can do to add value for clients and potential clients.
Besides knowing how to market a home and get homes sold for the most money, knowing a good handyman, someone who is great at landscaping, an arborist, or someone who makes the best desserts for special occasions, can make life so much easier.
Using a search engine is one way to find the services you’re looking for, but it’s not what most people want these days. People want the best handyman and renovation company recommendations from local people who actually used these services.
(Please keep in mind that these are recommendations from clients, neighbours, and myself. Although we have had great experiences with these I would recommend doing your due diligence when you hire someone. In the event you have had a bad experience with anyone on the list, please let me know.)
