Rental Application Documents
If you find what you’re looking for and you want to apply, you will need the following documents to make an application:
- Credit report and score from Equifax
- Employment letter (stating length of employment and salary)
- Copy of your photo ID (one photo ID ie. drivers license)
- References from previous landlord if possible.
